Edamame are whole soybean pods that are so fun and delicious to eat! They make a simple snack packed with plant-based protein, fibre and so many more nutrients. Popping open the pods can help children build fine motor skills and learn about soybeans in their most natural form.

Fill a medium pot with water and bring to a boil. Add edamame and cook for approximately 5 minutes until tender.
Drain then toss with salt and serve warm.
