1. Heat skillet on medium low. Place small amount of oil in pan and then pour in ¼ cup of beaten egg (equivalent to 1 egg). Carefully tilt egg around pan to spread into a thin even layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until completely set.
2. Remove from pan and hold warm while repeating with the remaining eggs.
3. Place the stack of omelets on a platter with the prepared toppings. Allow children to pick an omelet and fill it with their toppings then roll it up to eat.
