Kale Chips

Making Kale Chips is an extra fun way to eat veggies, and a great recipe for getting kids involved in the kitchen by having them rip or massage the leaves!

Kale is also easy to grow in some parts of BC and is a fun gardening activity for home or at a child care centre to get kids involved in learning about growing food. Try growing kale indoors if where you live gets quite cold.
