Black Bean Dip

An easy flavourful dip, ready in 5 minutes! Beans should be a regular part of all of our diets to add fibre, plant-based protein and important minerals like iron.

1 can (19 oz/540 mL)
black beans, drained and rinsed
3/4 cups (175 mL)
mild salsa
1 Tbsp (15 mL)
Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp (2 mL)
salt
Instructions
  1. Blend ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
