Infused Water

Hydration station! Make a special drink of the day using fresh, local herbs, fruit or vegetables to add fun flavor and colour. Children can help choose the flavour of the day as a reward.

Water is essential to life and is recommended as the beverage of choice for all of us, especially children. Make refreshing cold water available throughout the day and ensure kids bring a water bottle during outings.
