Mango Lassi

Lassis are creamy, yogurt-based drinks popular in India and other South Asian countries. Mango is very common as a fruit native to the region, but other fruit like local BC berries or banana could easily be substituted. This recipe is a great way to use up fruit before it goes off! For 10 servings, it might be necessary to use 2 blenders or divide the ingredients in half to make 2 batches.
