Liquid measuring cup
1/3 cup measuring cup
4 1/2 cups (1.25 L)
Plain milk (can be substituted with powdered milk)
Bananas (fresh or frozen)
Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Ice cubes (optional)
Water to thin as desired
- If using fresh, wash the strawberries and take out the stem.
- Peel the banana and chop into chunks.
- Add all of the ingredients into blender.
- Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Add water to thin, as desired.
- Pour into cup.
Suggestions: Add 1 cup of yogurt or soft tofu to the fruit shake.
