Adding fresh herbs to salad brings the flavour of the garden right into your bowl! Children especially love doing the harvesting. Get colourful with edible flowers like nasturtiums.
1. Wash and dry all leaves, herbs and vegetables. Tear or chop into bite-size pieces.
2. Toss or serve with Vital Vinaigrette or another favourite salad dressing.
